Engr. Ikraam Haneef is a Mechanical Engineer and the Chief Executive Officer of W&I Constructions and Engineering. With over six years of professional experience in the construction and engineering sector, he has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and effective project management.

He began his career in Islamabad, where he gained extensive field experience working on a variety of construction and engineering projects. His practical expertise, technical knowledge and leadership skills enabled him to progress into senior management roles within the industry.

Today he leads W&I, overseeing the company's operations, project execution and strategic growth. Under his leadership, the company manages projects across Punjab, Azad Kashmir and the Federal territory, providing innovative, cost-effective and high-quality construction and engineering solutions.

His vision is to contribute to the development of modern infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and client satisfaction.

Muhammad Saqib Sodagar serves as Project Director, bringing a results-driven approach backed by strong technical expertise and leadership in civil and structural engineering. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and advanced specialization in Structural Engineering under the Türkiye Bursları scholarship.

With hands-on experience in project execution and site management, he has a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, quality control and multidisciplinary coordination, complemented by analytical capabilities in structural behavior and performance-based engineering.

He has contributed to the delivery of projects including Brands Village Mangla, Mall of Kharian and Askari Educational Complex, where his role involved overseeing execution standards, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining alignment with design and safety requirements.

As Project Director he provides strategic oversight across project lifecycles, focusing on operational efficiency, cost optimization and adherence to international standards.

Engr. Muhammad Waqar Rasheed is a Civil Engineer with professional experience in construction supervision, material engineering, project coordination and site management.

He has worked on infrastructure and building projects including control rooms, hostels, security facilities and telemetry-related developments, within reputed organizations and consultancy environments.

In his previous role as Assistant Material Engineer and Site Engineer, he developed practical expertise in construction execution, quality control, daily project reporting, material inspection, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

As head of the execution team, he combines technical knowledge with strong field management to ensure quality, safety and timely project completion.
